This facility serves as a temporary refuge for children who have suffered from abuse and neglect while a suitable long-term placement is arranged. Residents benefit from mental, emotional, and physical support provided by staff, along with access to various medical and dental services. The resource rooms are well-stocked with clothing, bedding, baby supplies, school materials, hygiene kits, books, household items, and toys.

- Serves individuals aged 0–22 who are identified and referred by DCFS or law enforcement.
