About this resource
Daybreak provides adult day services aimed at senior adults who need daily supervision. The program includes activities such as exercise, healthy meals and snacks, community field trips, and opportunities for socialization and connection. Daybreak has a special focus on assisting individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's.
Who can use this
- Minimum age served: 65; Adults aged 65 and above. Must not need 1:1 assistance and should be capable of eating independently.
