About this resource
Offers programs aimed at preventing homelessness for low-income veterans who are at immediate risk of becoming homeless.

Who can use this
- Eligibility is limited to veterans; either the head of the household or their spouse must be a veteran. Applicants must have completed at least one day of active duty and received a discharge that is not dishonorable. Income must be below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The program is available throughout Utah, excluding Salt Lake County, and applicants must also meet certain risk factor screenings.

- Income Verification — Verification of income.; Social Security Card — Social Security Number of all adults in household.; Photo ID — Valid photo ID.; Verification of Veteran status (VA ID, DD 214, letter from VA).; Verification of housing situation (lease agreements; homelessness; eviction notices).
