About this resource
This program provides case management services aimed at assisting homeless veterans in acquiring the skills needed to regain self-sufficiency. The services offered include support with budgeting, job searches, vocational rehabilitation, housing navigation, and healthcare navigation.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is limited to veterans who have served at least one day of active duty and have a discharge status other than dishonorable, with an income below 80% of AMI. The case management services are available for veterans enrolled in specific housing programs.
Documents you may need
- Income Verification; Social Security Card — Social Security Number of all adults in household.; Verification of Veteran status (VA ID, DD 214, letter from VA).; Photo ID; Verification of housing situation (lease agreements; homelessness; eviction notices).
