About this resource
EHRP provides loans to homeowners for necessary repairs that address unexpected emergencies threatening the safety and structural integrity of their residences. Each loan can go up to a maximum of $5,000.
Who can use this
- Loan applications are accepted based on fund availability. Homeowners must have owned their property for a minimum of two years, comply with income criteria, and meet underwriting requirements.
