About this resource
The ombudsman serves as an advocate for individuals living in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other licensed residential care establishments in Utah, addressing and resolving the issues faced by elderly residents. They assist residents in handling complaints and educate both residents and their families regarding their rights.

- Residents of any age in nursing or assisted living facilities located in Weber and Morgan Counties are eligible.
