There are affordable housing units designed for individuals, families, and seniors in Salt Lake, Weber, and Davis counties. The wait list differs from one property to another.
Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must satisfy income and screening requirements, including the Federal Student Rule if applicable. Screening criteria encompass criminal and credit history, as well as previous landlord evaluations. The head of the household should be at least 18 years old, and some units may have extra eligibility conditions based on age and ability status. Refer to the application for further information.
