This program offers a process for waiving filing fees for specific forms and benefits for applicants who can clearly show they cannot afford the fees, along with a fee reduction option for Form I-912.
Intake Procedure: For more information, please call or visit the website. If a Fee Waiver Request is denied, the main application will also be denied and must be resubmitted with the appropriate filing fee.

Who can use this
- To qualify for a fee waiver, the form must be eligible (check the website for a complete list), and the applicant must meet one of the following criteria: -Currently receiving a means-tested benefit like TANF, SSI, SNAP, or Medicaid -Household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines when filing (guidelines available on the website) -Experiencing severe financial hardship, including unexpected medical expenses or emergencies, that hinders the ability to pay the filing fee.

- Eligible immigration and naturalization applicants file Form I-912, Request for Fee Waiver, along with the application or petition they are filing and any supported documents
