Provides support to patients dealing with challenges related to their insurer, employer, or creditor concerning insurance, job security, and debt issues linked to their medical condition.

Who can use this
- Individuals who: Have a confirmed diagnosis of a chronic, life-threatening, or debilitating condition OR are seeking screening for potential symptoms of such diseases; Be actively undergoing treatment, have received treatment in the last six months, or are scheduled for treatment in the next 60 days; Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident; Be receiving care at a facility in the U.S. or its territories; Have an income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level.
