About this resource
Asotin County provides marriage licenses and certified copies of Marriage Certificates. There is a three-day waiting period before the licenses become valid, and they must be utilized within 60 days.
Intake Procedure: To acquire a license, applicants must visit in person. The marriage ceremony should take place between 3 and 60 days following the issuance date. The officiant must be a judge, a retired judge, or an ordained minister.
Fees: The fee for a marriage license is $136, payable by cash or check only.
Who can use this
- To apply, individuals must be at least 18 years old, present a valid photo ID, and not be currently married or related to the other applicant.
