Offers a nutrition program along with food assistance targeted at pregnant and post-partum women, as well as infants and children under the age of 5.
Intake Procedure: Contact to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment. Clients are encouraged to call for an appointment on Monday to Wednesday.
Fees: There are no charges.
