About this resource
This initiative delivers care, resources, and assistance to those who are blind or visually impaired in Southeastern Washington. The funds from grant awards will be allocated directly to the appropriate service providers, contingent upon verification from a physician.
Intake Procedure: For further details, please call. A physician's confirmation of the applicant's blindness or visual impairment is required. Applications may be submitted via email or traditional mail.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Individuals who are blind or visually impaired residing in Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, or Columbia counties can apply, with a limit of one application per year.
