Offers a variety of general dental services including exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, emergency treatments, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, denture adjustments, and referral consultations.
Appointment Process: Call to arrange an appointment.
Fees: In-network members are subject to contracted insurance rates. Uninsured patients will need to pay standard cash fees. A discount program is available for those without insurance. Most dental insurance plans are accepted, along with Care Credit, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and private payments (cash or credit card).

- Patients with DeltaCare of WA plans must be assigned to the roster of this location (Dr. Brenden Davis) to receive coverage.
