This program assists unpaid family caregivers by evaluating their requirements and creating a care plan while providing access to local resources, training, medical equipment, in-home assistance, minor home adjustments, and counseling.

- Unpaid caregivers aged 18 and above who care for individuals aged 18 and older, residing in Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Garfield, or Asotin counties.
