This initiative provides support for adults who are Medicaid beneficiaries and have a diagnosis related to substance use or behavioral health. It assists with rental applications and offers financial aid for individuals experiencing homelessness, as well as guidance for job seekers aiming to regain employment.
Intake Procedure: Contact via phone or fill out an online form.
Fees: Medicaid is accepted.
