About this resource

This initiative connects one teen with a disability to two to three peers from their high school, aiming to encourage friendship, develop social skills, and enhance independence.

Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call or visit the teen's high school to obtain an application.

Fees: A general membership fee is applicable; please reach out for further information. Additional reasonable fees may apply for certain activities.
