This initiative supports youth facing homelessness in achieving educational success by arranging transportation to their original school or aiding in their swift enrollment in a nearby school.
Intake Process: Speak with a counselor at the student's local school or contact the district's homeless liaison.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants include families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as: - Temporarily sharing housing - Living in motels or camping due to lack of alternatives - Using public or private spaces not intended for sleeping - Residing in emergency shelters or transitional housing - Awaiting foster care placement.
