About this resource
This service offers public library access across various locations in North Central WA, providing materials in both Russian and Spanish, and acting as warming and cooling centers during extreme weather.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can obtain full access library cards in person, with applications available at all library locations.
Fees: Residents of Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, or Okanogan counties can acquire library cards at no cost.
Who can use this
- Library cards are available free of charge to those who reside or own property in Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, or Okanogan counties; individuals from outside these areas or non-contracting communities may obtain a fee card. Adults aged 18 and over must present ID with a current address, while minors can receive a card without ID, and parents/guardians can apply for their children of any age.
