This program offers a secondary loan to assist with closing costs, down payments, or to bridge the gap for lower-income homebuyers between their qualifying amount and the actual price of a safe home.

Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- To qualify, household income must not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income, and applicants must demonstrate sufficient finances and creditworthiness to secure a mortgage.
