About this resource
This initiative provides preventive health and educational resources aimed at ensuring individuals experience a healthy pregnancy and give birth to a healthy baby. It is available to pregnant individuals who are enrolled in Medicaid, alongside medical and prenatal care services.
Intake Procedure: For further details, please call. Services can be accessed in-office, at home, at various locations, or via telehealth.
Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
