About this resource
This program provides assistance to eligible permanent residents in their applications for United States citizenship.
Intake Process: You can either call or visit in person.
Costs: There is a fee of $45 for eligibility screening and $185 for case management (from application submission to the oath ceremony). Services may also be provided pro bono depending on the case.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have held permanent residency for a minimum of 5 years (or 3 years if married to a US citizen), along with fulfilling all other eligibility criteria; for a comprehensive list, please call or check the website.
