About this resource
This initiative delivers community outreach, assessment, and service connections, along with, when suitable, long-term case management and recovery support for individuals affected by substance use disorders. It caters to both adults and youth facing these challenges.
Intake Process: Engage with the local program. Clients are usually referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Cost: No fees are charged.

- Individuals, both youth and adults, with substance use disorders or concurrent substance use and mental health issues.
