Provides legal clinics that assist with the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, including help with form completion and review.
Intake Procedure: To schedule a clinic appointment, visit the website at https://nwirp.org/daca/register/ or contact the local office directly. Clinics are free for the public but require prior appointment or registration. Those wanting to book an appointment should specify their interest in the DACA renewal legal clinic. Most of these appointments are conducted remotely via phone.
Fees: There are no charges for clinic appointments or DACA workshops.
Who can use this
- Supports immigrants with existing DACA status who are seeking renewal, must reside in Washington state, and have a valid or recently expired work permit, with no new criminal history since their last renewal.
