Offers three years of focused case management for pregnant and parenting women dealing with substance use issues and their young children.

Costs: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
Who can use this
- Women eligible for Medicaid who are either currently pregnant or within 24 months postpartum, with a focus on those who are pregnant or up to 12 months postpartum, and who self-report at-risk substance use during their current or recent pregnancy. Those who have not successfully utilized community resources for substance use treatment and recovery may also qualify. Women with a child diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) or Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) who are still consuming alcohol and can become pregnant are eligible regardless of their pregnancy status.
