About this resource
This program provides permanent supportive housing for individuals who have a history of chronic homelessness, are diagnosed with a mental illness, and have an income that is less than 30 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Intake Procedure: Access to services is facilitated through a coordinated entry system, requiring contact with the Community Housing Network. Applicants can also fill out the assessment online or call 509-436-9086 for assistance.
Fees: Rent is charged based on a sliding scale.

- Applicants must be chronically homeless and meet specific income criteria, including single individuals with physical or mental disabilities.
