Offers transitional housing for families and individuals moving out of homelessness.

Intake Process: Access to services requires contacting the Community Housing Network through a coordinated entry system. Applicants can also complete an online assessment or reach out by calling 509-436-9086 (Community Housing Network).

Fees: A monthly program fee is applicable.

Who can use this

  • To qualify, households must earn 30 percent or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). Residents are expected to attend meetings, engage in self-sufficiency planning with case managers, refrain from substance use, and complete household chores. Drug and alcohol testing is mandatory. Families must have children under 18, and both parents are allowed to reside.
