This initiative encourages weatherization efforts for both site-built and mobile homes constructed prior to 1992. It provides access to low-interest loans for these improvements and offers rebates for homes that meet the eligibility criteria. Please note that this program is not intended for new construction.

Who can use this
- Applicants must be the legal homeowner within the PUD service area, have hard-wired electric heating, and complete a PUD bid form.
