Who can use this
- According to the McKinney-Vento Homeless Act, families or students are considered homeless and qualify for special rights if they are in shelters, motels, vehicles, campgrounds, on the street, in 24-hour restaurants, or bus stations; displaced by disasters; living in inadequate accommodations; or staying with friends or relatives due to lack of affordable housing.
