About this resource
This initiative delivers nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of five who fall at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants are entitled to monthly food benefits and can obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
Intake Process: Contact us to check eligibility and schedule an appointment. Follow-up visits are arranged every one to three months.
Cost: No fees apply.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals, new and breastfeeding parents, infants, and children under five who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition risk, and must be enrolled tribal members or descendants.
