Individuals born in Washington State after 1922 are eligible to request certified copies of their birth certificate from this office.
Intake Procedure: You can call or visit the website for further details.
Fees: The cost is $25 for both birth and death certificates. Payments can be made in exact cash, by check, or via debit/credit cards (with an additional $2.50 fee). For expedited or same-day service, an extra $10 will be charged.
