Who can use this
- To initiate a vanpool, you need a minimum of five commuters, including a main driver/coordinator, a backup driver, a bookkeeper, and at least four additional riders. Drivers must be approved and trained before they can operate the vanpool vehicle and should maintain a clean driving record.
