About this resource
This program provides financial support to low-income families, immigrants and refugees, pregnant women, and individuals who are elderly, blind, or disabled. Available programs include TANF/WorkFirst, AREN, Diversion Cash Assistance, Refugee Cash Assistance, and ABD.
Intake Process: To apply, individuals can call, visit the website, or go to any Community Service Office (CSO). Additionally, the phone line features a callback option (virtual hold) allowing callers to enter their number and receive a return call when it's their turn. Callers may interact with multiple representatives; initially, a navigator will assess the call to determine the best assistance available.
