The program delivers community-focused outreach, intake, assessment, and links to services, along with, when suitable, extensive case management and support for treatment and recovery. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders.
Intake Procedure: Engage with the local program. Generally, clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Fees: There are no charges for services.

- Individuals, both youth and adults, dealing with substance use disorders or concurrent substance use and mental health issues.
