About this resource
This program offers personalized supported employment services for disabled adults requiring significant training and continuous assistance to find and keep jobs in their communities.
Intake Process: You can be referred by a vocational counselor or contact us directly for additional details.
Costs: Most individuals can have their services funded through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), and Foundational Community Supports (FCS). We will collaborate with you to determine if they can provide support. If they are unable to assist and you receive Social Security benefits, we can help you create a work incentive plan to cover service expenses and minimize your costs.

- Individuals with disabilities requiring significant training and ongoing support to find and retain employment in the community, excluding undocumented individuals.
