About this resource
This agency delivers a wide array of behavioral health services, such as medically-assisted detoxification, treatment for substance use, a residential program dedicated to substance use recovery, outpatient mental health care, and support for co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use disorders). It also provides extensive outpatient substance use treatment, supported housing and employment services, and sober living options. The agency focuses on helping individuals struggling with opioid and alcohol addiction by providing medication to facilitate recovery. Notably, it features one of the few substance use treatment programs specifically designed for the Deaf and hard of hearing population in the nation.

Fees: Costs vary depending on the service provided. The agency accepts Oregon Health Plan/Health Share and most major private insurance plans, and offers a sliding scale for payments.
