About this resource
TSOA is designed for individuals who do not meet the financial eligibility requirements for Medicaid but fulfill the functional criteria necessary for care. It provides support to unpaid family caregivers and individuals who live independently at home without a caregiver.

Fees: There are no fees associated.
Who can use this
- Adults aged 55 and above, as well as family caregivers aged 18 and older, are eligible. Caregivers must be unpaid and cannot receive any compensation for their caregiving. Clients must not be eligible for Medicaid services.
