About this resource
The Clark County Property Tax Exemption for Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons program can assist with property tax payments.
Application Procedure: Fill out and submit the application along with the necessary documents to the Clark County Assessor's Office.

Who can use this
- To qualify for the exemption, applicants must be at least 61 years old, OR recognized as disabled by Social Security, OR possess an 80% military service-connected evaluation rating during the assessment year. The home must be owned and occupied as the primary residence by December 31, and the annual combined disposable income cannot exceed $50,348.
