Intake Procedure: Check the website for a comprehensive list of family law actions. You can walk in to set up an appointment, with the fee payable at that time. Each individual is permitted to bring one guest (not including an interpreter), and children under 18 are not allowed.

Fees: A user fee of $20 is required for family count facilitator services, and this fee is non-refundable. Payments can be made via cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, or debit/credit cards. Additional charges for court forms may apply.
