About this resource
First/second-time mothers are matched with a registered nurse early in their pregnancy and benefit from ongoing home visits until their child reaches the age of two. These nurses conduct health and developmental evaluations.

Fees: There are no costs associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Pregnant individuals expecting their first or second child, who are under 29 weeks gestation and have a household income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level, must enroll before the 28th week of pregnancy.
