Provides individuals with a chance to meet one-on-one with a volunteer attorney to discuss various civil law issues.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can either walk in or contact the message line, specifying their issue and indicating if there is an upcoming court date or response due. For urgent concerns, it is advised to reach out to the CLEAR hotline.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Individuals must have a legal concern in Clark County and be able to attend an in-person meeting, with some programs having income restrictions that generally require clients to be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
