The Education of Homeless Children and Youth Program, established under the No Child Left Behind Act, guarantees that homeless students are entitled to a free and appropriate public education.

Who can use this
- Students who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness, including those lacking a stable nighttime residence, sharing housing due to financial issues, living in shelters or public places, unaccompanied minors, those awaiting foster care, or abandoned in hospitals.
