This service offers a range of general dental care including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, oral surgery, endodontic treatments, as well as both fixed and removable prosthetics. Additionally, it provides dental care to non-ambulatory patients in care facilities and private residences.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Situated at the intersection of 164th Avenue and SE 15th Street in the Columbia Tech Center area.
Fees: Charges depend on the specific service, with interest-free payment plans available.

- Individuals aged 55 and older, or those of any age who are homebound or require a wheelchair-accessible clinic.
