Peacehealth's Mill Plain Clinic

This program provides partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services aimed at assisting individuals with mental health issues and co-occurring substance use disorders in developing coping strategies and, if necessary, stabilizing their medications for recovery.

Intake Process: Referrals can be made by a doctor or therapist, and self-referrals are also accepted.

Fees: Financial assistance may be available for those who are underinsured. The program accepts Medicaid, Managed Medicare, and various commercial insurance plans.
