This service delivers comprehensive family medicine that encompasses preventive health check-ups, urgent care appointments, minor procedures in the office, and follow-up care for those recently discharged from the hospital.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: Accepts a variety of private insurance plans, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and Medicare. Provides a sliding scale fee starting at $40 and assists patients with insurance enrollment when necessary.
