About this resource
This program delivers case management and treatment for pregnant women and mothers who are involved in at-risk substance use. Services are ideally offered in the home setting. Upon enrollment, women can access services for a period of three years.
Intake Procedure: To initiate the referral process, please visit the website. Typically, mothers are referred by a community provider.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants are women who have engaged in at-risk substance use during their last pregnancy, are currently pregnant or within 24 months postpartum, and require assistance in accessing recovery resources.
