Permanent supportive housing: 70 apartments across Lincoln Place I (30) and Lincoln Place II (40). Rent is subsidized through Vancouver Housing Authority project-based vouchers, and residents pay 35% of income toward rent and utilities. Share provides case management and supportive services, and PeaceHealth offers onsite primary care.
