About this resource
This initiative provides nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who fall at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants receive monthly food benefits and have the option to obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
Intake Procedure: To enroll, individuals should call or visit in person to schedule an appointment.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals, new and breastfeeding parents, infants, and children under 5 years old who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and face nutritional risks.
