This initiative supports low-income individuals and families in becoming homeowners. New homes are constructed using donations and volunteer work and are sold at cost to thoroughly vetted families who will repay through an interest-free mortgage.

Fees: A $20 fee is charged for each adult applicant for a credit check, with additional fees varying by program.

- Applicants must adhere to low-income guidelines for the area, and families are chosen based on their need, substandard housing conditions, financial capability, and commitment to collaborate with Habitat for Humanity, including contributing 500 hours of labor.
