Provides repair assistance to low-income homeowners to ensure their residences are safe and livable. Repair tasks can include painting, fixing siding, repairing windows and trim, ramp and rail installation, landscape cleanup, and weatherproofing.

Who can use this
- Applicants must adhere to low-income criteria of 25%-60% Area Median Income, agree to contribute through sweat equity, and own a home with insurance (no rentals allowed).
