Costs: No fees for syringe exchange, health education, or Naloxone. Accepts Medicare, Medicaid (Washington Apple Health), Community Health Plan of Washington, Molina, and Coordinated Care. Private insurance is also accepted, including United Healthcare and Amerigroup. A sliding scale fee is available for wound care, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, and family planning services.
